Intro
The local abundance of tsetse varies according to spatial changes in the density of hosts and resting sites. In general, the abundance of tsetse declines as we move from mature woodland with an abundance of hosts and resting sites, to open areas where such resources are scarce or absent. Tsetse Plan classifies habitat into six categories.
