What is a human fly-round?

A human fly round consists of a team of 2-3 people with hand nets who walk through the bush. The team follow a prescribed route and stop at regular, usually marked, stations to collect the flies that are following them.

Using a black screen and attractants (acetone, octenol, phenols) will increase the catch of flies.
